Refunds

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you can request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos/videos of the product may be required for verification.
